Our service allows users to create personalized products by uploading images and submitting orders. You agree to use this service only for lawful purposes.
2. User Content
By uploading images (including photos and business cards), you confirm that you have the right to use and reproduce those images.
You agree not to upload content that is:
- unlawful, offensive, or inappropriate
- infringing on any third-party rights
3. Order Processing & Fulfillment
All products are custom-made based on user-submitted content. Once an order is submitted, it is sent into production and cannot be modified.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed and shipped to the address selected during checkout. Delivery times may vary and are not guaranteed.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
We only offer replacements or refunds if an item arrives damaged or defective.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
- user-uploaded content errors
- incorrect shipping information entered at checkout
- delays caused by shipping carriers
7. Changes to Terms
