Processing Time

All orders are custom-produced and typically processed within a few business days. 

Shipping Method

Orders are shipped using standard delivery services. Shipping times may vary depending on location. Shipping is currently available within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. All orders include free standard shipping within the U.S.

Delivery Selection

Delivery preferences are only selected within the My Best Client Gift application.
Customers will still be required to enter shipping information at checkout for order processing purposes and should choose "Same as billing".

Shipping Address Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping/delivery information provided and entered in the My Best Client Gift app is accurate.

Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, My Best Client Gift is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or external factors.
